Nursing homes have long been providers of a wide and varied range of health care services principally for the elderly.  However, with the ever changing diversity of the health care industry, there comes a need for specialization and more specialized services focused on the specific needs of the residents.

With the continual "aging" of the general population in America, the need for quality Nursing Facilities, Retirement Facilities, Alzheimer Facilities, Hospice Centers, etc. continues to escalate.

TAG Management Services is convinced that the best vehicle to provide these necessary services is the small to medium size organization with specialized facilities, operated by experienced knowledgeable management; management that can provide individualized attention to each facility and any problems that may arise.  Using such a structure, quality can be more effectively monitored and maintained at the highest level.
 

Although TAG Management Services, LLC, based in Victoria, Texas, is a relatively new entity chartered in July, 1993, the management team members that it brought together are seasoned veterans of the long-term care industry with a combined total of over 135 years experience gained in more than 35 different facilities. This team has established a reputation, envied by many, for the quality operation of long-term care facilities. Each is truly an expert in his/her own field, and in combination, they create a strong management group.

Facilities operated by TAG Management Services are known for the quality care provided in clean, pleasant, well maintained surroundings. Open outside areas with gardens, ponds, and walkways are available for leisurely walks, gardening, or for just relaxing. Emphasis is on a "homelike" setting with everyone working together for the benefit of the residents.

TAG Management Services facilities enjoy an excellent reputation with the Texas Department of Human Services as well as the communities they serve. Neither a compliance letter nor notice of pending or actual decertification has ever been issued by any State or Federal agency to a TAG Management Services operated facility.

Appropriate care and treatment of residents affected by Alzheimer disease is also a major concern of TAG Management Services. Our management personnel were instrumental in designing, constructing, and operating the first free-standing Texas facility dedicated exclusively to the care of Alzheimer residents. This facility was designed and built in Rockdale, Texas with special consulting provided by Texas Tech and Texas A&M University.  The Rockdale facility has served as a model for additional facilities built throughout America utilizing innovative concepts similar to this facility. And the president/CEO, has been featured by the American Health Association on their lecture program seminars concerning Alzheimer facility design and management from Florida to California.
